Schedule A Consultation

It is easy to schedule a consultation with Martin Lawler. He enjoys meeting and talking with people about visa matters. Martin Lawler is available for consultation in person or on the telephone. He provides excellent services at reasonable costs and his firm prides itself on being responsive.

Martin Lawler will first review your immigration history and then explain the visas or remedies available and analyze your situation. In most cases, he will provide a quote for services to complete the case. For complex matters, he usually will request documents for review before giving his opinion of the case and setting a fee.

Martin Lawler charges fees which are comparable with other quality immigration firms. We usually charge on a flat fee basis and invoice for expenses including government filing fees. For some cases, including complex matters, we charge on an hourly basis.

Our philosophy is to work efficiently but to put in the time the case needs to increase the likelihood of success. Filing cases promptly is of course also important.

Martin Lawler charges $95.00 for an initial 15-minute consultation. This fee is waived if we are hired to handle your case at the initial consultation. We do not charge HR professionals or members of legal departments for the first call.
